We ship using DPD and UPS, for some countries we can also ship via Bpost. We provide tracking codes for every order.
After you've completed your order you'll receive an e-mail with all the information you'll need to follow your parcel via the URL that you will receive in your inbox.
You didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spamfolder. Nothing there? Send us an e-mail on email@example.com, we'll probably be able to help you out.
In case you opted for an in-store pickup, you'll be notified as soon as your order has been prepared. All you'll have to do is come by the store with your order number and collect your purchase.
